The project consists provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct earthen rearing pond, concrete fish transfer box, associated piping and bird netting at the Department's Naches Fish Hatchery, located at 3410 S Naches Road, Naches, Washington 98937, in Yakima County. For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond payable to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in an amount equal to at least five percent of the bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute the Contract and give separate bond as required, see Section 00702.06.
