Approximate Major Quantities of Work: Construction of Ada Pathway and Parking Lot Including Demolition of a 7,000 Sf Building Containing Hazardous Materials. Project Includes 170 Cy Unclassified Excavation Incl. Haul, 150 Cy Common Borrow Incl. Haul, 50 Ton Hma, 200 Ton Csbc, Permanent Signing, Pavement Makings, and Related Improvements. Each Bid or Proposal Must Be Accompanied by Bond or a Certified Check, Payable to the Order of the Treasurer of the Town of Naches for the Sum of Not Less Than 5% of Said Bid or Proposal and None Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Such Deposit, to Be Forfeited to the Town of Naches in the Event the Successful Bidder Shall Fail or Refuse to Enter Into a Contract With the Town for the Making and Construction of the Aforesaid Improvement.
