Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors for the Naches Valley Middle School – Cooling Tower Replacement project for the Naches Valley School District. Bid proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents prepared by ALSC Architects, P.S., and MSI Engineers, and must utilize forms furnished by the Architect. A bid security in the amount of five percent of the bid amount, in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check from a qualified surety, is required. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must enter into a formal contract with Naches Valley School District and provide the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or to waive any informalities or irregularities.
