Site work for an educational facility in Naches, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors for the Naches Valley Middle School Re-Paving & Sidewalk Replacement project. Bids must be addressed to Denise Nanez and submitted before 2:00pm on May 19, 2026, either by hand to the Naches Valley School District Office or by email. Bid proposals are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents prepared by ALSC Architects and DCI Engineers. Project documents are available for download at no cost from ALSC Architects' planroom website. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Architect and include bid security (bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check) amounting to five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will enter into a formal contract and provide required Performance and Payment Bonds. Naches Valley School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities or irregularities. A pre-bid meeting will be held on site; attendance is not required.
