Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and municipal facility.
Removal and replacement of parking level Makeup Air Units and various Exhaust Fans throughout the building. Removal and replacement of Domestic Cold Water Booster Pump package, installation of new Backflow Preventer, and Electrical work to support the installation of Mechanical Equipment. The Contractor shall use the Cash Allowance provided to retain the Base Building Controls vendor to tie in the new Equipment to the existing Building Automation System (BAS). Refer to Drawing M-100 (BAS Scope of Work) for Base Building Controls Vendor Information, Scope of Work, Notes, and Exclusions.
