The delivery method for the Project will be Design-Bid-Build. The selected engineer will be required to provide a full range of design services for recommendations, design, and plan for the LFG collection system and subsequent bidding and construction administration services that satisfy the County's project requirements, including but not limited to: Assessment of existing conditions and recommendations for expansion of LFG System; Submitting for permits required for compliance with local, state and federal requirements; Conducting regular meetings with appropriate County and City personnel; Preparing contract documents for bidding and permitting; Preparing detailed cost estimates; Preparing a construction phasing plan to meet the County's specific equipment, storage, and workflow needs; and Bidding, construction, and project closeout administration.
