Gaston County is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms to provide professional engineering services related to evaluating aging steam boiler systems, and HVAC replacements and repairs at Gaston College Dallas Campus. Selected firm will provide recommendations and designs to best serve the immediate and future building needs and current code regulations. Recommendations on keeping existing systems operational during any renovations may be requested. o Firm must be properly registered with the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina (as applicable) o Firm must be licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers & Surveyors (as applicable) The County reserves the right to cancel this RFQ for any reason without any liability or to waive any irregularities at their discretion.
