Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rutland, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Rutland invites General Contractors to bid on the Rutland City Main Street Park Project, located at 25 South Main Street (Park Square) in Rutland, Vermont. The work includes modifications and repairs to the existing gazebo and construction of a new utility building with toilet rooms and a storage area. The existing site will be regraded, new sidewalks and paths through the park installed. New electrical lighting will be installed throughout the park by the owner's electrician, with excavation and pole based to be installed by the contractor in coordination with the owner's electrician. A new electrical service will be installed. Interested general contractors may request bidding materials by emailing Edward Clark, Project Architect at eclark@nbfarchitects.com. Plans and specs will be distributed via email. General Contractors will be responsible for distributing and printing Bid Documents and Addenda for their subcontractors. led bids along with bid bonds must be addressed to Sara Magro and delivered to the City Clerk's office at Rutland City Hall, 1 Strongs Avenue, Rutland, The existing site will be regraded, new sidewalks and paths through the park installed.
