Renovation of a municipal facility in Sparta, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 3, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to March 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: TRANSPORTATION - DSP - DISTRICT 5 This project will replace the existing fuel oil boiler with a more efficient LP boiler, remove the current underground fuel oil storage tank, install a new LP storage tank, replace the underground piping between the tank and the boiler, and include all necessary connections. The work done on the tanks will require tearing up areas of concrete and asphalt in the rear of the building. We’ll pour new concrete in the affected and adjacent area and repair the asphalt in the adjacent area. We’ll also repair concrete along the side of the building that has been on the list to complete for several years since the concrete contractor will be working on-site already. Schorr added to project from small request 22I1L :This project will replace the four two-ton A/C compressor units at the post.
