Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bullard Talent K-8 School Site Improvements, to remove existing sitework adjacent to portable classrooms, reconfigure site to provide shaded areas for students and staff, and replace landscape with drought tolerant plant material. Pursuant to Public Contract Code 3400(c)(2), Fresno Unified School DISTRICT finds that it is in the best interest of the DISTRICT to standardize the products, equipment, and materials listed in Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2 in order to match other products/equipment in use on a particular work of improvement either completed or in the course of completion. Where a specific brand, trade name, material, or product identified in the bid documents is also listed in Exhibit A-1 or Exhibit A-2, it shall be deemed to be followed by the words "No Substitutions," and CONTRACTOR shall not make or request substitutions regarding any such product, equipment or material. Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2 may be obtained from DISTRICT Purchasing Department web page under public works.
