Site work and paving for a civil project in Monroe, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Water Utilities, Waterlines This Contract provides for the replacement of an existing water main that will follow the alignment of 182nd Avenue SE as it passes under State Route 522. The project will abandon-in-place the existing 4" or 6" asbestos cement water main within a 12" corrugated metal casing and use trenchless directional drilling to construct a new 450 LF 16" casing and 10" HDPE water main and associated appurtenances. In addition, this project will include trenching and construction of 180 LF of 8" ductile iron (DI) main and 15 LF of 6" ductile iron (DI) pipe, as well as associated fittings, valves, assemblies and meters. The anticipated work includes removal and replacement of roadway pavement, trenching, placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA Cl. 1/2 in. PG 58-22), utility adjustments, temporary traffic control, and property restoration The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is approximately $ 530,000.00
