Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Valley Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Sealed bids will be received for 2023 Road Program, Contract No. R-2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves milling, paving, base repair, and appurtenant work. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to pay PennBIDTM 0.25% of the contract award value. The Owners reserve the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/3/2023 12:00 AM
