The scope of the Base Bid consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services required to construct all site work as indicated on the civil engineering drawings; the concrete foundation and slab as indicated on the structural drawings, the wood-framed exterior walls and roof structure; exterior wall and roof sheathing; exterior finishes (siding, roofing, etc.); thermal insulation in all exterior walls and attic, exterior doors-frames-hardware; windows; the interior partitions separating the Warehouse from the Aministrative area and the Mechanical Room from the Men's Toilet; interior finishes in the Warehouse; rough-in underfloor plumbing; and the mechanical-electrical-lighting systems serving the Warehouse. 2. Alternate No. 1: The scope of Alternate No. 1 consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services required to construct the build-out of the Administrative area (Men's Toilet, Women's Toilet, Breakroom, Corridor, Lobby & Training Room) including the construction of all interior partitions; the installation of doors-frames-hardware; the installation of plumbing-mechanical-electrical-lighting systems and controls; and the installation of interior floor-wall-ceiling finishes. Contractor shall furnish a performance/payment bond in an amount equal to 120% of the contract price to guarantee faithful performance of the contract and 120% of the contract price to guarantee the payment of all persons performing labor on the project and furnishing materials in connection therewith under this contract as set forth in the standard form of performance and payment bond included in the contract documents.
