Proposals must be on forms provided by the Municipality. Proposals should be marked either "2023 Paving Equipment Rental" contract or "2023 Milling Machine Rental" contract. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to the City of Pottsville. The successful bidder of both contracts will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract amount within 20 days of the award of the contract. The City of Pottsville reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Municipality
