P-620 Water Main Looping Plan: The construction required will consist of 9,314 LF of 8" and 8,061 LF of 12" Water Main, 40 LF of water main in steel casing, 33 hydrants, 31 gate valves and, all other specified equipment and labor. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of 1) a certified check, or cashier's check, or letter of credit, equal to 10% of the bid; 2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid; both forms of guaranty as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the project specifications. The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination of bids that is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
