Renovation of a municipal facility in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SaskEnergy is seeking a contractor to supply labour and materials to re-roof its Estevan Office. The project scope includes, but not limited to, the replacement of an existing standing seam metal roof on a monoslope shed roof. The existing panels are to be removed as well as existing 1x4 wood strapping. New roof sheathing, membrane and standing seam metal roof are to be reinstalled on existing roof trusses. There are several existing penetrations - some of which remain and some of which are to be decommissioned. Estimated value: $100,000 - $125,000 This project has a mandatory completion date of September 15th, 2023.
