No bids may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. The Owner has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities. Bidders requesting documents must submit with their request their license number and also e-mail address for receiving addenda. The full deposit of one set of documents will be refunded to each General Contractor. For additional sets of documents and for documents issued to subcontractors or material suppliers the cost for reproduction of each set will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded. Refunds will only be made for documents returned to the architect /engineer within ten (10) days after the opening of bids. Refunds will only be made on documents retuned complete, in good condition and unmarked. Sealed proposals shall be marked on the envelope cover, plainly and prominently with the following: a) bidder's name, address and telephone number b) State License Number of Contractor if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 and c) the statement "Proposal for (project name and number)". Infill Existing Void in Suspended Ceiling for Skylights (Removed in Previous Phase) With New Metal Grid and Ceiling Tile. Damaged Casework to Be Replaced. Damaged Flooring and Base to Be Replaced. - Removal of Existing Flooring Will Be Under a Separate Abatement Contract With Jppss. This Scope Includes Installation of New Flooring Only. Alternate No. 1 to Include Removal of All Existing Accordion Walls and Installation of New 6" Metal Stud Framed Wall With Batt Insulation and 1 Layer High Impact 5/8" Gypsum Board Ea. Side. Also Included in Alternate No. 1 is Installation of New Vct Flooring and Vinyl Base in Designated Rooms 230, 232, 234, & 236. Removal of Existing Flooring Will Be Under a Separate Abatement Contract With Jppss. This Work is for Installation of New Flooring Only.
