The intent of this project is to hire a professional planning consultant for the purpose of completing all associated engineering/design consulting services for the further development of Phase C of the Covered Bridge Park Master Plan. The project budget for the construction phase of the project is approximately $182,962.81 The overall intent of this project is to hire a professional planning consultant for the purpose of completing all associated engineering/design consulting services for the following briefly summarized scope of work: Further development of Covered Bridge Park, South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County. Work to include construction of pavilion; Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access, landscaping, project sign and other related site improvements. The scope of the work/improvements is identified within Phase C of the Covered Bridge Park Master Plan. Phase C also includes the construction of a new multi-purpose athletic field (195' x 330') and event lawn located adjacent to the eastern field in the area of the former Baseball Field #3. Additionally, these new amenities will be tied into the construction of the Jordan Creek Greenway Trail creating a loop to the trail from the parking lot. The trail will run parallel to the new multi-purpose athletic field and connect to the pavilion offering a resting place for trail users.
