All work required by the project documents to complete the work successfully and satisfactorily in its entirety will be performed by the Contractor. Estimated Price Range: The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS: The associated NAICS code is 237310 and the small business size standard is $45M. Notice: This project is set aside 100% for small business concerns. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package.
