However, if award of Contract is delayed by the required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant or grants, Bids may not be withdrawn by the Bidder for a period not to exceed 120 days from the date of bid opening in accordance with Pennsylvania law. construction of the Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School Natatorium Additions and Renovations, 500 S.
