1. Estimated 250' linear feet of potential landscaped area on all 4 sides of the Legacy Park Concession stand. 2. All materials and labor to be included in the proposal. 3. 4" of premium brown mulch to be included in the proposal. 4. Tree, bush and plant list will be approved by the Village of Manteno. 5. Design and project work will be awarded to the submitting contractor chosen by the Village of Manteno. 6. This project is to be completed by paying prevailing wages. 7. Please call for a tour of the building for the scope of the project. Proposals shall be made as lump sum submissions. Proposals may be rejected which do not cover all specifications. Prices quoted in this proposal shall be guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of the proposal opening. The Village of Manteno, hereafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, to waive minor informalities in any proposal, or to make award in the best interest of the Owner.
