This contract provides for the construction of new Park Improvements located at 17081 SE Wax Road, Covington WA 98042. The work includes all equipment, labor and materials associated with the site improvements as shown in the Contract Drawings, including onsite parking, trails, a new pedestrian crosswalk at SE Wax Road, furnishings, lighting, signage and landscape planting The estimated project cost is $900,000.00 to $1,100,000.00 including all Additive Alternates furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct SoCo Park Phase 1 Improvements The Work shall be physically complete within 120 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed The City of Covington expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Covington and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
