Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (Owner) for the project entitled Tugaloo State Park Cottages 11-20 in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Project consists of the complete demolition and disposal of existing cottages 11-20 as noted on the demolition plans and specifications. Contractor shall provide 10 newly constructed and furnished cottages per the construction documents complete with hardscape and landscape improvements. Eight (8) of the cottages are two-bedroom and two (2) are three-bedroom, with one (1) cottage of each size being ADA-compliant. The intent is for the cottages to have a similar appearance to the recently constructed cottages 1-10. Questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, e-Builder, and all other questions should be submitted in e-Builder. No questions other than those submitted in writing will be accepted, and only written responses will be binding upon GSFIC.
