Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) complete roof replacement as described herein: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, travel, equipment, and incidentals needed to clean, repair, remove and legally dispose of existing roof material and furnish and install new 40 year standing seam metal roofing replacement (over 30) year felt), flashings, roof components, and insulation where needed. 2. Public Works services shall be performed at Truck Shed of Lee Vining Highway Maintenance Station located at 51548 Highway 395, Lee Vining, CA 93541, within Mono County.
