Site work for a water / sewer project in Marshall, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contract consists of these units: 6-inch PVC Storm Sewer (70 lineal feet) 12-inch Storm Sewer (1,200 lineal feet) 15-inch Storm Sewer (350 lineal feet) Reconstruction of Asphalt Roadway (5,600 square yards) Concrete Curb & Gutter (450 lineal feet) 6" Concrete Driveways (4,500 square feet) The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. Portions of this project are funded through a Local Road Improvements (LRIP) grant from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The Village of Marshall reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
