Site work and paving for a civil project in Marshall, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Description: The Contract consists of these units: 8-inch Ductile Iron Water Main 570 lineal feet 1-inch Copper Water Service Laterals 250 lineal feet 12-inch Storm Sewer 220 lineal feet 15-inch Storm Sewer 50 lineal feet Reconstruction of Asphalt Roadway 2,300 square yards Additional alternate bid items are provided for approximately 4,600 square yards of asphalt repaving at the Village's Riley-Deppe Park. The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Additional Description: Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Marshall within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Marshall reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
