**As of April 22, 2025, the project was awarded to Payne & Dolan, Inc., with an awarded amount of $441,646.40 (base bid plus alternate) .** Street and park improvements consisting of these units: - 14,000 square yards pulverizing and grading of existing asphalt surface, 1,700 tons surface course hot-mix asphalt paving, 1,800 tons lower course hot-mix asphalt paving, 500 lineal feet remove and replace 48-inch concrete valley gutter, and spot curb & gutter removal and replacement. The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Marshall within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Marshall reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 03/07/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders.
