The work consists of storm sewer and paving on Sunnyview Lane from Maunesha Drive to Hubbell Street, with paving also planned on William Street from Madison Street to School Street, Porter Street from Madison Street to William Street, Howard Street from Madison Street to Herman Street, Herman Street from Howard Street to William Street, and School Street from Madison Street to William Street. Work includes approximately 12,000 square yards of asphalt pulverizing and grading, 2,000 tons of hot mix asphalt paving, and 300 lineal feet of 18-inch RCP pipe. Quantities and sizes may change without notice prior to distribution of documents. Bidders must deposit a bid security amounting to 5% of the maximum bid amount. The Village of Marshall reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in any bid. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Marshall within the last year or be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Contract consists of storm sewer and paving work on Sunnyview Lane from Maunesha Drive to Hubbell Street. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
