Renovation of a municipal facility in Marshall, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 24, 2023 the project was awarded to Advanced Pump & Well Solutions Inc., with the awarded amount of $4,496.97 The Town of Marshall is seeking bids for the construction of a 30' x 34' wood frame building with metal roof and metal siding. Preliminary plans and specifications are posted online at townofmarshallwi.org. Bids should include excavating, concrete work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, permit fees, labor, and materials. Exclusions should be listed. Septic holding tank and well should not be included, except to connect to new building. The Town of Marshall reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
