Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint George, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

1. Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the resealing and stripping of two (2) parking lots specified below, : 1. 5200 Jim Bilton Blvd., St. George, SC 29477 - Courthouse Entrance Drive 2. 201 Johnson St., St. George, SC 29477 - KFW Parking Lot o 5200 Jim Bilton Blvd., St. George, SC 29477 - Courthouse Entrance Drive Sealcoating 1. Sealcoating is approximately 155,900 square feet. 2. To have minimal disruption to our operation, we ask that work to be completed on the Weekend. 3. Barricade all areas where work is being conducted. 4. All surfaces will be cleaned of all loose material, weeds, grass, and dirt so that the material will adhere to the existing surface. 5. Oil Spots will be wire broomed and treated prep-seal to help prevent oil & gas bleeding up through the freshly applied sealant. 6. All noticeable cracks will be filled and sealed before seal coating. 7. Reseal areas with 2 coats of pavement sealer. Line Striping 1. Restripe the parking lot area as per the existing layout after the seal coating material has cured. 2. The area under consideration comprises approximately 52,074 square feet. 2. To have minimal disruption to our operation, we ask that work to be completed on the Weekend. 3. Pricing Interested Contractors shall provide a cost per work site for requested work on the Bid Form provided on page 6 of this RFQ. The Bid Form shall be completed in its entirety and signed by the appropriate company representative. 6. Payment Contractor shall invoice Dorchester County for services provided based on the amount submitted as a quote. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice approval. 7. Notification The Contractor will provide notification to Dorchester County of any accidents, injuries, or complaints by the public to allow the department to investigate these matters. 8. Term of Contract The term of the contract is for sixty (60) days to allow for the completion of the requested services. The Contractor shall commence work after receiving a Purchase Order or "Notice to Proceed". 9. Business Licensing The Contractor must possess a valid business license in each jurisdiction.
