Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint George, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 10, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Replace pump station with a new pump station consistent with the contract plans and specifications. Construction will include a cast in place wet well with splitter box, 30 force main piping, 42 influent gravity piping with polymer manholes, dual 600 kw generators, electrical and controls building, door control, and crane and monorail system. Last Day for Questions: Tuesday, June 6 @ 5:00PM Eastern Payment Bond: 100% of the total amount of the Contract. Performance Bond: 100% of the total amount of the Contract The County reserves the right to 1) reject any or all bids and any part of a bid; 2) waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in bids received; and 3) award the bid(s) received on the basis of individual items or groups of items or the entire list of items. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
