Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
The Norfolk Airport Authority - Removal and replacement of new lighting fixtures throughout the pedestrian bridge ceiling. - Electrical and work associated with the moving walkway installation. - Removal of existing flooring finish systems throughout the pedestrian bridge including significant grinding, patching and repair of flooring surfaces to receive to finishes. - Installation of new flooring finishes throughout the moving walk including but not limited to: marmoleum, carpet, and some terrazzo. - Existing steel frame modifications and concrete work associated with locking a couple of the buildings existing expansion joints. Goals for minority participation for each trade: 2.4% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Completion- 275 Calendar Days of Notice to Proceed.
