Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Work shall consist of pavement maintenance and rehabilitation at various streets citywide as shown on the Plans. The work is comprised of the following features: slurry seal, repair of failed pavement (deep-lift), cold milling of existing pavement, hot mix asphalt resurfacing, replacement of traffic signal loop detectors, adjusting of valve boxes, manholes, and surface utility features, adjusting and replacing street survey monuments, replacement and installation of accessible concrete curb ramps, and traffic markers, traffic signs, striping and pavement markings. The work also includes mobilization/demobilization, traffic control, permitting and agency coordination, and other incidentals necessary for complete and usable street facilities. For the purposes of these provisions, the Award of Contract by the City Council is anticipated to be during June 2023 and Notice to Proceed and first day of work is anticipated to be by August, 2023. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
