The County of Santa Clara Procurement Department is accepting sealed Bids for Interior Painting Services, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara, Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide interior painting services on an as-needed basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, or up to a value of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), whichever is reached first. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Contract Sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000). The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara."
