Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara - Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide HVAC Services I at various facilities throughout the County of Santa Clara on an as needed basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year. Successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, consumables, material, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as described herein. Contractor shall be required to provide the necessary trained personnel and supervision to perform HVAC Services I on an as needed basis at various facilities throughout the County of Santa Clara as describe herein. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Contract Sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000).
