Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Santa Clara (herein after, City) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, tools and equipment necessary to fabricate and provide an Electrical Relay Control Panel in support of Silicon Valley, the Citys electric utility. City shall issue a purchase order to the successful bidder The quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. If a Payment and/or Performance Bond is required for this procurement, the Bidder recommended for award must submit a Bond executed by a surety naming the City of Santa Clara as beneficiary for 100% of the contract price within ten calendar days after notice of award Q & A deadline: Jun 14, 2023 6:00:00 PM EDT
