Renovation of a military facility in Thomaston, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner," on behalf of the Georgia Department of Transportation, ("Using Agency"), will accept sealed bids for the project entitled District 3 Office Replacement of Chiller and BAS Controls in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consists of the replacement of Chiller and BAS Controls. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide. RFI'S/QUESTIONS - SUBMITTED IN WRITING THRU E-BUILDER (MUST BE SUBMITTED SIX BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO BID OPENING (MAY 15, 2023 BY 2:00 PM) ALL QUESTIONS/RFI'S MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE CONTRACTOR The Project Scope Consists of Replacing a Chiller That Has Reached the End of Its Useable Life. Additionally, Providing Air Purification and Mold Mitigation Strategies is Included. Thirdly, Energy-saving Measures Are Implemented for Reducing Power Costs. Lastly, Specifications Are Included for Upgrading of the Existing Controls System and the Inclusion of the Existing It Room Air Conditioning Solutions. Controls Sequences Are Provided for the New Chiller. Architectural, Structural, and Electrical Efforts Are Provided in Support of the Mechanical Effort.
