The Redmond Area Parks and Recreation District (the Owner)Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager |General Contractors (CM|GC) for the construction of the New Community Recreation Center project. The CM|GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. The construction of an approximately74,000 sq. ft. recreation facility that is planned to include both a competitive pool and leisure pool, locker rooms, gymnasium, exercise facilities, group fitness rooms, special event spaces, offices and other administrative/support spaces, and parking lots. Other amenities planned may include outdoor sports fields, sport courts, playgrounds, and walking paths. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
