Site work for a civil project in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The first-tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, same day. (Note: The first-tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the contractor's preference). Bids shall be clearly labeled: Oasis Village Utility Crossing Construction Plan. This is a Public Works Contract and is subject to State Prevailing Wage. The contractor shall comply with all provisions required by State ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 relating to the payment of prevailing wage rates for work performed. Prevailing Wage publications applicable to this contract are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon dated January 1, 2023, and current amendments. Scope of Work: The Oasis Village Utility Crossing Construction Plan includes the Extension of water, power, and sewer services across the Ochoco Highway (OR 126) for the purpose of serving Oasis Village. Work includes trenching and patching of the highway. Obtaining an ODOT permit is required to perform work within the ODOT right-of-way. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $260,000.
