The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals required to connect Injection Well LVL-IW-01 to the LVL AWTF Product Water Pump Station and operate the system. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, potholing to verify utility locations, installation and maintenance of BMPs for compliance with storm water pollution prevention plan, furnishing and installation of approximately 280-linear feet of 12-inch diameter 304L stainless steel pipeline, 225-linear feet of 16-inch diameter 304L stainless steel pipeline, associated piping supports, flow control valving, magnetic flow meters, pressure and level transmitters, and water quality analyzers; furnishing and installing well backflush submersible pump and 3R injection control valve; wellhead connections; well vault installation; asphalt/concrete paving; electrical improvements; and programming.
