This solicitation is being issued for 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220, and the business size standard is $19.0 Million. This will be awarded as a trade off. This combined/solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial services and products. Replace the chiller air separator services at the NOAA/NMFS Santa Cruz Lab. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTRACT INFORMATION UNQUIE ENTITY ID.
