The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of a new 150kW natural gas generator complete with an integral breaker. The generator is to be supported on a concrete slab complete with piles and bollards. Additionally, the scope of work includes full replacement of the interior and exterior lighting to new LED light fixtures. The interior lighting work will need to be completed after business hours as the facility will be occupied and operational throughout the construction. Estimated value: $250,000 - $350,000 Work is to be coordinated to align with delivery of the generator. Once contractor has confirmed delivery date of generator, schedule will be updated. Mandatory substantial completion March 31, 2025.
