The Scope of work is to: 4.1 Construct two metal stud with gypsum wall and drop ceiling offices, hollow metal doors, Office 1 - 10x12 and Office 2 - 10x24. Office 1 to have two double voice/data drops and minimum six duplex 110-volt outlets. Office 2 to have one double voice/data drop and minimum of four duplex 110 volt outlets. Both offices to tie into existing HVAC system. Both offices to have four-foot LED lighting fixtures. Provide Fire Protection Engineer for modifications to existing fire sprinkler system and updates to Fire Control Panel. Contractor to provide six double voice/data drops to be installed in room 137. All voice/data connections to be installed using the Miramar Specific Standard Requirements. Contractor to paint interior walls of building 7490, rooms 103, 104, 105, 137, and new Offices 1 & 2 to match the existing. Contractor to seal floor cracks and epoxy paint floors in rooms 103 and 137 (grey). 4.2 Contractor to provide 24"x24" wash basin with connection to sanitary sewer and domestic hot/cold water. Water and sewer POC located on the wall adjacent to restroom. 4.3 Contractor to provide insulation and soundboard/gypsum to existing chain-link gate. Material to be painted to match the existing. 4.4 Contractor shall move existing furniture, storage cabinets, work benches, desks, chairs, and copy machines/tv/computers/, Ready service locker, hazmat locker, gas bottles, clean room equipment, electric discharge machine, safe, storage racks, and all other furniture and supplies from building 9220 to building 7490. 4.5 Contractor shall move existing air compressor and explosion proof lights and receptacles from building 9220 to building 7490. Lights/receptacles to be installed in room 104 and compressor/disconnect feeding room 104. and install into room 104. This project will not include any design work. Except Fire protection/Alarm The project is subject to prevailing wage and the Buy American Act. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 5-24-2023. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
