The Scope of work involves the complete Renovation of the Men ( 2 water closets 2 urinals 2 sinks) and Women's (2 water closets 2 sinks) Head. (2) Break Rooms will be modernized as well as the main conference room and Language Training Room. Scope will include ceiling tiles, wall paint, lighting, cabinets and countertops. We will be installing a Store Front door/window assemble on the interior of an entrance alcove, for separation purposes. We will be modernizing portions of their landscaping to include drought tolerant plants, rock mulch, and mow strips. Finally there will be some minor site concrete involved, including 900 SF break area slab and 450 SF concrete slab at the existing mechanical equipment. This project will not include any design work. The project is subject to prevailing wage and the Buy American Act. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
