County departments or agencies throughout the County shall be eligible to participate in any resulting contract(s). All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications contained herein and/or attached hereto. The Solano County General Services Department, Support Servies Division, hereinafter referred to as the County, on behalf of the Solano County Facilities Division, agencies, or offices, issues this solicitation.
