Schedule Duration: i) Notice to Proceed anticipated: Early June TBD - Based on EQ delivery ii) Duration: 40 Calendar Days. Questions / Comments a) All questions relating to project scope must be submitted in written format to Scott Heywood (sheywood@ghafari.com) and Adam Woodward (awoodward@ghafari.com) via email. b) All questions are due to Scott Heywood and Adam Woodward by 5 PM on April 20 2023. c) All substitution requests are due to Scott Heywood and Adam Woodward by 5 PM on April 20 2023. d) RFIs and substitution requests will be addressed via addendum only. e) Substitutions will be reviewed only if the request complies with the requirements of Section 012500. Requests by Bidders are given priority review. f) Anything stated verbally in the pre-bid meeting or elsewhere must be noted via addendum in order for statements to be part of the Contract.
