The City of Roswell Council, the governing authority of the City of Roswell, Georgia ("the City"), is seeking a qualified Licensed General Contractor who can provide renovations to the City of Roswell Town Square. The awarded Contractor will address several areas of needs that will include hardscape renovations to include granite cobblestone removal and reconstruction, repairing mortar joints in walkways, repair of existing brick pavers. Renovation of fountain to include new liner, new drain, and new lighting. The project also includes new landscape installation, sod installation, and installation of new light poles. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the Awarded Contract value are required. The City of Roswell has the right to reject any or all bids; to award a contract in the best interest of the City and to waive technicalities and informalities. Any pre-bid conference for the Project, and its status as a mandatory or non-mandatory event, will be provided on, and held in accordance with the Project Schedule posted on the designated website - if posted as an event. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend mandatory pre-bid conferences.
