Site work for a water / sewer project in Roswell, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Roswell, Georgia, (Owner) is requesting Bids from City of Roswell Pre-Qualified Stormwater Lining Contractors for the construction of the following Project: Roswell 2023 Multiple Location Stormwater Lining Project ITB# 23-135-G. Project located throughout and adjacent to East Roswell Area Park. Work consists of lining approximately 3,437 Linear Feet of CMP Stormwater pipe ranging from 18" to 36" in diameter at multiple locations. 180 calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract. Liquidated Damages are set at $300 per calendar day. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the Awarded Contract value are required. The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids. No pre-bid is set. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents and/or on the Designated Website.
