Demolition and site work for a retail development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Working plans call for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.

*This project has been cancelled* Contractor is to provide construction services as outlined in this Solicitation. The intent of this project is the Demolition of a 2-Story building located in 1800 Sutter Avenue per drawing and specifications. Services to be provided will include, but are not limited to: 1. Apply for all applicable permits, bid shall include all applicable permit fees 2. Clear trash from existing basement 3. Cap utilities at property line 4. Remove portion of existing fence 5. Remove existing concrete steps around building 6. Remove existing concrete paving behind building 7. Remove portion of existing concrete walk in front of building 8. Remove portion of existing fence 9. Remove existing 2-story building, foundation to remain 10. Breakup basement concrete slab to ensure drainage 11. Backfill to match surrounding grade 12. Dispose debris and trash to comply with all applicable regulations. . If the Contractor fails reach Substantial Completion within the Contract Time for Substantial Completion, including any properly approved extension for the Contract Time for Substantial Completion, the Contractor shall pay to CMHA as Liquidated Damages, the sum of $150.00 for each day of delay. A. Liquidated Damages for the Date for Contract Completion and any Milestone Dates in the Contract, not including Substantial Completion, shall be assessed on in accordance. A written notice provided by CMHA to the apparent successful Bidder stating that upon satisfactory compliance with all conditions precedent for execution of a Contract within the time specified CMHA intends to execute a Contract with the Bidder. The contract performance period from the "Notice to Proceed" until substantial completion, will be 120 calendar days. Questions due prior to 4:00pm (local time) on:Tuesday May 9 at 4:00 p.m.
