It is understood that the quantities are approximate only and shall not govern the amount required during the contract period. Please submit questions via email by 12:00 PM ET on May 2, 2023. Starting on the date a procurement solicitation is issued and expiring on the date the contract is awarded, actual and prospective respondents or bidders (including their representatives or persons acting on their behalf) are prohibited from contacting any City employees other than the assigned Buyer or a representative from the City's Office of Procurement, in any manner regarding this solicitation. Any contact other than with the assigned Buyer or the City's Office of Procurement during the no contact period may be justification for rejection of the violator's bid. The contractor shall secure delivery of all equipment and materials required and shall complete on-site work within Three Hundred Eighty (380) calendar days from receipt of notice to begin work. The amount of liquidated damages to be paid by the contractor for each and every working day that he is in default is $1,000.00.
